Sarah's a prof at UL, and an award-winning teacher and novelist. Novels include 'The Apple Tart of Hope', 'All The Money in the World' and 'The Shark and The Scar'. In 2022 she won the London Magazine award for short fiction.
SPRING RETREAT FACILITATOR
Prof Eoin Devereux teaches at UL. His poetry and writing has been published and broadcast widely including by The Irish Times; RTE's Poetry Programme; Bookshow on One and Sunday Miscellany. He leads 'Creative Writers In The Community,' a core module on UL’s MA in Creative Writing.

Sheila is a prof at UL and a writer, whose first novel 'Something Bigger' published to great acclaim. She does pioneering work at UL's Kemmy Business School focused on corporate social responsibility, while at the same time working on her second novel.

One of Ireland's most beloved and accomplished writers, Niall Williams joins us to share aspects of craft. Niall has been longlisted for the Booker Prize with 'The History of Rain'. His latest, 'This is Happiness,' was nominated for The Irish Books Award, The Walter Scott Prize.

Christine's novel 'Her Name is Rose,' is a 'poignant tale of love and loss' (Publishers Weekly) and her travel memoir, So Many Miles to Paradise is 'engaging and inspirational'. She's finishing her second novel, 'Accidents,' and writing another memoir. 'In Kiltumper: a year in an Irish garden' is her latest collaboration.

Dan's latest novel 'The 14th Storm', published in 2023 is a prescient, tense and compelling story about an all-too- possible future. Dan is a member of Limerick's Writepace writing group. He's an incredible mentor and supporter of fellow creatives.
